CourseMilano-TarantoMotogiro Entre 1937 et 1957, deux épreuves dominent le sport motocycliste italien sur route ouverte. La Milano-Taranto lance ses concurrents dans la nuit milanaise pour environ 1 300 kilomètres d’une seule traite jusqu’aux Pouilles. Le Motogiro d’Italia, relancé en 1953 par la fédération et le quotidien Stadio, parcourt la péninsule en six à neuf étapes.
